It is said that timing is everything. For Tracey Smith and Mike Madden of the River Oaks Development Corporation, this statement could not be more true. After working as an attorney in Houston for several years, Tracey decided to move to the Orlando area and try her hand at something new. She called up an old friend, Mike Madden, who just happened to be starting a building company. And the rest is history.
